I have a theory. It is said that men who have this strong adversity against homosexual males, do in fact have this suppressed desire, well, you know what I mean. I think this might be actually true when it comes to Ted Nugent and his relentless rambling about President Obama and his administration, who knows. First of all, I’d like to make clear that I disagree with Ted Nugent and his political views, but that’s not the point here.
Uncle Ted Nugent And His Love For President Obama
It is actually funny listening to Ted Nugent when he’s on fire. I must give him one thing, he seems to be authentic. Whenever I hear him speaking, I’m just amazed by so much hatred and hardliner mentality. I remember him on an interview on Howard Stern and boy the guy really means what he says and is apparently not afraid of any consequences.
Now, speaking of consequences. Ted made it very clear that he will be supporting Mitt Romney (Seriously, dude?? I mean, not being a fan of Obama and the Democrats is one thing, but publicly endorsing an individual like Mr. Romney borders dementia, in my insignificant view). So far so good. But last weekend while attending a National Rifle Association in St. Louis , he might have taken it a little bit too far – at least that could be the way the Secret Service construed his comments. Here are some of Ted’s finest statements from the meeting:
He called Obama a criminal and denounced his “vile, evil, America-hating administration” which is “wiping its ass with the Constitution.”
“If Barack Obama becomes the President in November again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year.”
“If you can’t galvanize and promote and recruit people to vote for Mitt Romney, we’re done,” Nugent said. “We’ll be a suburb of Indonesia next year. Our president, attorney general, our vice president, Hillary Clinton — they’re criminals, they’re criminals.”
In addition to that, Uncle Ted also had a message for the Supreme Court justices who for what he says is their stance against Americans’ “right to keep and bear arms.” “We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November. Any questions?”
So, reportedly the gentlemen from the Secret Service commented that they are aware of it and going to conduct an appropriate follow up. Oh oh, watch out Ted, they’re coming after you now.
And just to be clear, I actually like Ted Nugent. The guy can play and he has guts, not only for speaking his mind, but also taking on Frank Marino in a guitar battle. That however, Ted, was just blatantly stupid. You might get away with your rants against our President, but you will not stand a chance outplaying Frank Marino, who in my personal opinion is one of the most underrated and yet most brilliant guitarists ever. But that battle was a long time ago and I’m sure the 62 year old Nugent has grown up in the meantime.
Or could I be wrong?
